Is this a Leaked Picture of Davros?

Nothing to do with making money but....

As a big fan of Doctor Who, I've been waiting for Davros to re-appear in the new series and speculation is growing that this is the season when he appears. (Apparently to be played by Julian Bleach )

Davros is the creator of the Daleks the Doctor's most feared enemy.

A picture of him has even now appeared on the Internet, but is it real of is it fake. It's hard to tell but time will tell.
